SMSF are heavily regulated by the ATO and generally suit those who are comfortable in making their own investment decisions.In line with changes to the Financial Planning regulations from 1 July 2016, Darren Crofts and Jose Dono have become authorised with Merit Wealth to provide limited advice in relation to Superannuation and Self Managed Super Funds.
Darren and Jose can provide advice on the following:
- Setting up a SMSF
- Making tax deductible or non-deductible contributions into super
- Paying lump sums or commence pensions out of super
- Withdrawing & making contributions in super
- SMSF borrowing arrangements
Under the Corporations Regulations 2001 any additional financial advice beyond our scope will need to be obtained from an appropriately licensed entity or individual.
