A CPA with a Bachelor of Business Degree and a Diploma in Financial Planning, Darren has 15 years’ experience in public practice and taxation, plus four years’ experience in the fishing industry. Darren has developed an excellent relationship with his diverse range of small business clients and, like Rod, spends much time in a business advisory role.
Jose Dono | Manager
A CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting & Finance, Jose began as a junior at Parker Crofts and has now been with us for twelve years. Jose leads our small team of accountants, guiding them through the preparation of financial statements and tax returns, as well providing the ongoing technical development and training required. Jose also manages his own client base of small business and SMSF clients.
Rod Parker | Senior Partner
A CPA with a Bachelor of Business Degree and a Diploma in Corporate Management, Rod’s considerable experience includes 25 years in public practice, plus 12 years in the oil & gas and shipping industries. Rod’s clients have included public companies and those with turnovers of $10m+. Today, Rod spends much of his time in a business advisory role – ranging from start-ups and acquisitions to business development and eventual business sale.
Rebecca Jones | Intermediate Accountant
Joining us a Junior Accountant in 2010, Rebecca graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting and Taxation and in 2018 Rebecca completed her CPA qualification. Rebecca’s main role includes the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns. She is particularly proficient with MYOB, Quickbooks and Cloud accounting, including Xero.
Nicole Blackburn | Client Services
As a growing practice, Parker Crofts & Co is investing in client relationships and workflow to provide the best possible service to our clients. As head of Client Services, Nicole works closely with the partners and the accounting team to develop excellent service standards and efficiencies that benefit both the client and Parker Crofts & Co.
Jennifer Wright | Administration
Jennifer has been with our business since July 2014 as our office administrator. Jen’s role includes processing tax returns and compiling financial statements, in-house bookkeeping, debtor control and all things administration to help keep our business running smoothly.
